A mold is formed by using single or multiple patterns.
The molding sand (silica sand with binder) used, results in a stable and refractory mold which is a perfect negative of the pattern. Our molding method is called machine-molded green sand casting.
Our machine moulding plants are capable of handling the following flask dimensions:
- 1100 x 925 x 280/280 mm
- 1400 x 1200 x 350/350 mm
- 1900 x 1600 x 350/350 mm
The casting weights are between 2 and 700 kg, the batch size according to the customer requirements.
