We develop the pattern concept and already check and optimise the production process virtually at the computer by means of: 

• Simulation of mould filling
• Simulation of solidification
• Simulation of the material structure
• Simulation of the residual stresses

The residual stresses can thereby be visualized on the rough casting as well as on the finish machined casting.
By performing various simulations, the castings are optimised with regard to quality and costs; moreover, delivery terms can be considerably shortened.
