Manufacturing capacities

In our pattern shop, the single- or multi-part patterns are fabricated which are used to manufacture the casting moulds in the foundry.

The moulding sand applied (silica sand with a binding agent) creates a stable and fire-resistant mould as a negative copy of the pattern. The moulding process is known as "machine-moulded sand casting".

Our machine moulding systems have the following box formats:

• 1160 x 985 x 300/300 + 60 mm
• 1400 x 1200 x 350/350 mm
• 1900 x 1600 x 350/350 mm

The potential unit weights are between 2 and 700 kg, the batch sizes as large as the customer requires.
